General Warranty Information

Aftermarket Warranty Policy
All products sold by Pana Pacific are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation within North America If you believe any Pana Pacific product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please get in touch with Pana Pacific at 1 (800) 848-6560 for assistance. If product replacement is necessary, the Customer will be solely responsible for all shipping charges, freight, insurance, and proper packaging to prevent breakage in transit, whether this warranty covers the product. All replaced products shipped by Pana Pacific will be shipped at the expense of Pana Pacific. If the part is found to be non­defective the Customer must supply the shipping account# for the return otherwise the part will be scrapped on site.

Limitations
This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any Customer actions, such as mishandling, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Pana Pacific specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Pana Pacific's liability shall be limited to the actual purchase price of any defective unit or units of equipment to which a claim is made and shall in no event include the Customer's manufacturing costs, lost profits or goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort or other legal theory.

New Part Returns
Warranty returns are accepted on new parts within one year of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• The part must be an active item in the current product catalog. Non-stock items and special-order parts are excluded.
• The returned part must be sealed and in a resaleable condition.
• The customer shall bear all shipping expenses associated with the return.

Restocking Fee Schedule
New Part Return Charges:

• 10% Restocking / 1-9 Pieces / $1 - $100 Price Per Part
• 15% Restocking / 10-19 Pieces / $101 - $500 Price Per Part
• 20% Restocking / 20+ Pieces / $501+ Price Per Part

Restocking fees are calculated based on both the quantity and individual price of the returned items. Higher quantities may result in a higher restocking fee, even if the individual price of each item is low.
